1. I have owned this model for a few years and really like it. However, when attempting to use it this week I realized the pump is not working therefore the steam does not come out. Also the button that releases the water reservoir has been a problem for over a year where a pointed knife has to be placed on the underside of the release button in order for it to pop back in place. Overall it is a good product but wish there was a steam mop that also vacuums & has a low profile. It is a pain using two different machines to get my floors cleaned. I would love to be the one who tests new products & provide input from the prospective of one who has been cleaning floors for the past 45 years. 2. I love this steamer so much that I am writing my first review. I love this so much that I want to add the makers of this steamer to my Christmas card list. I love this steamer so much that I want to step outside and shout, “Woo Hoo!” I have twin 4 year olds, 2 dogs, wood floors and back problems. Cleaning floors was soooo hard…until Haan entered my life. Wooo Hooo! Easy to use, great results, and light weight. I just wish I had bought one sooner.
3. This Haan steamer worked exactly as expected. So easy! I spent a little extra time on stubborn spots and they disappeared quickly. Work slowly for best results. I filled-up twice and used two floor pads for approximately 900 sq. ft. of cherry hardwood flooring. Definitely recommend!
